First Party
Syria First Party is an independent Syrian civic movement that brings Syrians from all backgrounds together around one vision: building a new Syrian state founded on citizenship, the rule of law, and social justice.
We believe that Syria’s salvation comes through a unifying national awareness that rises above sectarian and narrow partisan divisions and restores the dignity and rights of every Syrian as an active partner in shaping a free and democratic homeland.

Our Vision
A united, civil, and democratic Syrian state governed by law where all citizens participate in shaping its future. A state that respects religious, ethnic, and cultural diversity and guarantees full equality for all its people without exclusion or discrimination.

We work to promote a culture of citizenship and human rights and to strengthen the role of Syrians in the homeland and the diaspora in building a balanced and cooperative civil society.

Our Team
The Party’s team consists of Syrians who believe in positive change. They are located inside Syria and across the diaspora and come from diverse academic and professional backgrounds. They are united by their belief in Syria as a shared identity and in the collective responsibility to shape its future.
We work independently and voluntarily and avoid external affiliations or partisan loyalties. Our aim is to make Syria First a practical principle in thought and action.

Our Organizational Structure
The Party operates through a democratic and transparent structure that ensures participation and accountability:
General Assembly
The highest authority that includes all members and defines the Party’s general policies
Executive Office
The body responsible for managing the Party’s affairs and implementing its decisions
Specialized Departments
Including Media, External Relations, Membership, and Finance
The Party is governed by a clear internal bylaw that ensures the rotation of responsibilities through transparent voting.
Our Commitment and Code of Conduct
Members of the Party commit to a Code of Conduct that regulates internal work and public behavior. It is based on:
- Integrity and mutual respect
- Safeguarding the confidentiality of organizational work
- Responsible representation of the Party in all public events
- Rejection of violence and commitment to peaceful means to achieve national goals
